The NYSSPE LI Chapter would like to continue offering the monthly PDH Seminars. On Thursday May 22, Ronald Mushinsky and Joe Brisco of Leviton will be providing an in-person seminar to discuss: Lighting Control Solutions and VerifEye Submetering Solutions. This is a great chance to reconnect with like-minded engineers and learn traditional and new technology associated with lighting controls and submetering.
Seminar Summary:
The seminar will offer two PDH credits for two topics to be presented by Leviton technical experts. The presentations will be Lighting Control Solutions and VerifEye Submetering Solutions. The lighting controls solutions will present strategies for lighting controls and provide details on stand-alone systems, centralized controls and distributed network controls. The submetering presentation will explain what submetering is, the benefits of submetering, and how to implement submetering as well as the new products that Leviton offers with regards to metering solutions.
Speaker Bios:
Mr. Ronald Mushinsky has held various positions in Electrical Distribution. He has experience in sales, purchasing, lighting, lighting controls and worked with electrical contractors and project integrators. He joined Leviton in June of 2015 and spent 7 years working on the VerifEye Submetering Solutions division. He is currently a Construction and Technical Sales Specialist for the northeast region.
Mr. Joe Brisco is the Technical Sales Specialist for New England, New York City, and key National Accounts served out of the New England market. Joe brings a wealth of lighting control knowledge and industry experience.
Beginning his career with GE, where he had product responsibility leading up to product line management. Joe then successfully managed the commercial business for PLC Multipoint prior to joining Leviton. Joe has also been active with NEMA and IES and chaired the Energy Management Committee. Joe earned both a bachelor’s and master’s degree in mechanical engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
